about me

I am Tracy Paulotte, a bilingual cultural strategist and producer based in Montreal, committed to reshaping the creative industries by building bridges between underrepresented talent and decision-making spaces.

As Head of Programs at Fondation Dynastie, I lead the development of strategic initiatives that accelerate the professional growth of Black creatives and help foster greater equity within Quebec’s cultural sectors.

I also serve as Co-Director of Ideation and Programming at the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Montréal, where I contribute to shaping the future of business, innovation, and inclusion for emerging leaders.

My background spans television, media, and production financing, with contributions to projects such as The Night Logan Woke Up (Xavier Dolan), Le Beau Chaos (Télé-Québec), Les Rendez-vous de Nolie (Natyf TV), and season one of the AMPLIFY podcast (ADVANCE Music Canada). I’ve also worked on the financing side of productions with Sphère Média, which allowed me to deepen my understanding of the business and operational frameworks behind content creation.

Currently, I’m pursuing a certificate in legal studies while building on previous training in production management and human resources. I bring this multidisciplinary perspective: combining creative insight, strategic thinking, and policy awareness into every project I take on.

At the core of my work is a clear ambition: to influence how industries evolve, how opportunities are distributed, and how the next generation of diverse talent is empowered to lead, not only locally, but on a global stage.
