Hi! I’m Tracy Paulotte, a Montreal-based business strategist with a strong focus on the creative industries.
I am also an undergraduate Business Administration (B.B.A.) student at Université du Québec à Montréal, with a certificate in Human Resources Management.
Alongside my studies, I’ve developed eight years of experience across arts, media, and cultural organizations, working in roles that combine production, programming, coordination, and strategic oversight.
Through collaborations with national institutions, public initiatives, juries, and advisory spaces, as well as the development of workshops and programs for creative entrepreneurs, I’ve gained direct insight into how decisions, budgets, and policies shape cultural outcomes — and how creative careers are either supported or stalled as a result.
Today, my work takes the form of insight analysis, consultancy, mentoring, and ongoing conversations — spaces where I help professionals, organizations, and institutions think more clearly about how creative work is structured, supported, and positioned within a broader, and sustainable ecosystem.
